AGM Statement

i-design, which supplies a market leading ATM advertising solution ("atmAd"), enabling ATM network owners to run both third party advertising and their own internal marketing campaigns, will be holding its Annual General Meeting today and will provide the following update;

Despite the challenging trading conditions last year, the Board was pleased to report that, for the full year to September 2009, total revenues grew by 14% with revenues from media sales increasing 81%, underpinned by the significantly enlarged estate of ATMs available for third party advertising.

The Group has seen a steady start to the new financial year and the Directors expect media sales revenues to build on last year's progress. In addition, in spite of the ongoing difficulties in the banking sector, i-design continues to be engaged in constructive discussions with further potential banking customers. The Group is also engaging with new channel partners to support its overseas growth strategy.

i-design is the only provider both in the UK and overseas with the ability to facilitate ATM advertising, deliver third party advertisers and run multi-network advertising campaigns. As such, the Directors remain very positive about the Group's prospects as the banking and advertising sectors recover.
